As you will be aware, this Thursday, 8th December, will be our final day of school for 2022. All students (Years 7 -13) are expected to attend.
Students can come to school in mufti as this provides an opportunity for uniforms to be clean and presentable for the evening’s award ceremony.
8.55 – 9.30 am – Extended form time.
9.30 – 10.30 am – Games and activities
10.30 – 10.50 am – Morning interval
10.50 am – Morning assembly – Award ceremony practice and expectations, Deputy head student speeches, farewell to Hayley Mitchell, Haka and singing practice.
12.30 pm – School dismissed. Supervision will be available for students who cannot go home. Bus’ will operate at their regular time of 3.20 pm.
6.30 pm – doors to the gym open.
6.40 pm – Students are to line up on the grass on the far side of the gym. Year 7 to 12 students are to wear summer uniforms. No jerseys or jackets, please. Year 13 students are to wear winter uniform with blazers.
7.00 pm – Award ceremony starts. We warmly welcome our community to celebrate the successes of our students. We are hoping to provide a live stream option again this year. Information on accessing our live-stream Facebook site will be published early next week.
Approx 9.00 pm – Award ceremony concludes; students and parents are welcome to join us in the soft tech block for supper provided by our PTA. End of year magazine will be issued at this time.
